Warranty on New Quads

When purchasing a new quad from Powersportcenter.nl, you receive a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and technical defects, provided the vehicle has been used and maintained correctly.

Warranty on Used Quads

We also regularly offer a warranty when you purchase a used quad. The warranty period and terms are always confirmed in writing at the time of sale. If an issue arises that is not explicitly covered by the terms, we will work together to find a suitable solution.

Warranty Exclusions

Certain parts and circumstances are excluded from warranty coverage, including:

• Wear-and-tear parts such as brake pads, tyres, chains and bearings

• Improper use, such as damage caused by racing or motocross riding

• Modifications or installations carried out by third parties

Warranty on Parts

The warranty period for individual parts depends on the type of product. If you have specific questions about a particular part, you can always contact us.

Please note: parts not fitted by Powersportcenter.nl are excluded from warranty coverage.

Warranty on Repairs

We carry out all repairs professionally and with care. Repairs come with a standard 3-month warranty, unless otherwise agreed. If you wish to make a warranty claim, you must be able to demonstrate that the repair was carried out incorrectly by one of our mechanics.

Returns Policy for Parts and Accessories

Parts and accessories can be returned within 30 days, provided they are:

• In their original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Have you ordered the wrong part that was specially ordered for your vehicle? You may be able to return it by prior agreement. In this case, we charge a 15% handling fee based on the purchase price.
