How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us via email. In this email, you will also find a Track & Trace code, which you can use to easily track your package.

For delivery, we use GLS as our regular courier.

Have you searched for the part number in the search bar of our webshop, but can't find the part? Then send the part number to klantenservice@powersportcenter.nl. We will gladly check for you whether we can order the desired part. Is the part in stock? Then you usually receive it within 1 to 3 working days.

Do you also ship abroad?

Yes, we ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Additionally, we also ship to countries in the following Euro zones:

Euro I: Austria, Denmark, France, and Luxembourg
Euro II: Spain, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, and Sweden
Euro III: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Slovenia, and Slovakia

Would you like to ship an order to a country outside the European Union? Please contact us in advance.

Note: Higher shipping costs may apply for international shipments.

How do I find the right part?

There are several ways to quickly find the right part:

Do you know the part number?
Enter this number in the search bar at the top of our webshop. No results showing up? Email us the part number and we will gladly check it for you.
Do you know the make, model, and year of your vehicle?
Then use our part finder. Once you fill in these details, all suitable parts for your vehicle will appear in the results.

Question 6

I need a part, but it is out of stock, what now?

Accepted Answer

Parts that are not in stock in our webshop can usually be ordered from our supplier within 1 to 3 working days. If all goes well, you will have the desired part within 5 working days at your home.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that the part is temporarily unavailable from our supplier as well. In that case, we advise you to contact us, so we can check for you when the part will be available again.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Accepted Answer

For each item in the webshop, you can see if it is in stock or not. The delivery time depends on the availability of the item and the chosen shipping method.

In-stock items
Ordered on a working day before 3:00 PM? Then your order will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM are usually shipped the next working day.
Ordering during the weekend? Then we will ship your order on Monday.
Out-of-stock items
For items that are not in stock, we have an expected delivery time of 3–5 working days.
Combined orders
Does your order consist of both in-stock and out-of-stock items? Then we will wait with shipping until all items are available, so we can send everything at once.

How can I cancel my order?

If you accidentally ordered the wrong part or size, or if you wish to receive a different item, it is possible to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been packaged or shipped.

In that case, please contact us by sending an email to klantenservice@powersportcenter.nl. Please include your name, address details, and the order number, so that we can process your request promptly.

The shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the delivery country. Below is an overview:

Netherlands

0–3 kg: €8
3–10 kg: €10
10–20 kg: €15
20–31 kg: €20

Free shipping for orders over €100 (under 20 kg).

Belgium

0–3 kg: €11
3–10 kg: €14
10–20 kg: €17,50

Free shipping for orders over €100 (under 20 kg).

Germany

0–3 kg: €12
3–10 kg: €16
10–20 kg: €18,25

Heavier packages (>31 kg)
For orders heavier than 31 kg, we will contact you personally to arrange shipping via courier.
