Below you'll find how returns work and what to keep in mind.
Buying as a consumer? Then you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.
You can notify us of your withdrawal through any unambiguous statement (for example, an email). Would you like to use the model withdrawal form? Request it via klantenservice@powersportcenter.nl and we'll send it to you.
If you withdraw in time, you'll receive the full order amount back.
The cost of returning the product is at your own expense.
During the cooling-off period, you may inspect, assess and try on a product just as you would in a physical store. For example, you may:
However, you may not use a product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Installing, connecting, testing or using a part therefore does not fall under this.
If a product or its packaging has been used, damaged or soiled more than necessary to assess it, there is a reduction in value. We may then deduct this reduction from the amount to be refunded. For products that, as a result, can no longer be sold as new, the reduction in value can be substantial and may amount to almost the full value of the product.
Examples of situations where a reduction in value may apply:
We assess the amount of the reduction in value per case, depending on the condition in which we receive the product back.
Would you like to return a part? Please do so unused and in the original, undamaged packaging. Once a part has been installed, connected, tested or used for diagnosis/repair, this goes beyond assessment and we can usually no longer sell it as new. In that case we apply a reduction in value, which for unsellable parts can amount to (almost) the full price.
Not sure whether a part fits your vehicle? Ask us first — it can save you a possible reduction in value.
For some products the right of withdrawal does not apply, because they cannot be taken back after delivery. This concerns:
For standard parts that we order specifically for you, the right of withdrawal does apply — we do ask you to order with extra care, as returns of vehicle-specific parts are difficult for us to process.
As an extra service, we accept returns up to 30 days after receipt. For returns you register between day 15 and day 30, the following conditions apply:
Within the statutory 14-day period we of course do not charge a restocking fee.
Ordering as a business (B2B)? Then the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. Our additional terms apply to business orders; for any return, always contact us first at klantenservice@powersportcenter.nl. Vehicle- and model-specific parts cannot, in principle, be taken back.

We always recommend shipping with Track & Trace (add klantenservice@powersportcenter.nl) . The risk of the return shipment lies with the sender until we have received it.
After we've received and checked the return, we'll refund the amount due via the same payment method you used. The refund will take place no later than 14 days after your withdrawal. We may wait to refund until we've received the product or until you've demonstrated that you've returned it.
New products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty, unless stated otherwise. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only, and not normal wear, misuse, incorrect installation, competition use or insufficient maintenance.
In addition to this manufacturer's warranty, as a consumer you are always entitled to a product that meets what you may reasonably expect from it (statutory warranty). These statutory rights remain fully in force and are not limited by the manufacturer's warranty.
