Delivery Time

The delivery time of your order depends on the availability of the items and the time of ordering.

✔ Stock Items

• Ordering on a business day before 3:00 PM? Then we will ship your order the same day.

• Ordering after 3:00 PM? Then your order will generally be shipped the next business day.

• Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day (Monday).

📦 Non-Stock Items

For items that are not in stock, an expected delivery time of 3 to 5 business days applies.

🛒 Combined Orders

Does your order consist of both stock and non-stock items? We will wait to ship until all items are complete so that we can send everything in one go.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the country of delivery:

Netherlands

• 0–3 kg: €8

• 3–10 kg: €10

• 10–20 kg: €15

• 20–31 kg: €20

• Free shipping on orders over €100 (under 20 kg)

Belgium

• 0–3 kg: €11

• 3–10 kg: €14

• 10–20 kg: €17.50

• Free shipping on orders over €100 (under 20 kg)

Germany

• 0–3 kg: €12

• 3–10 kg: €16

• 10–20 kg: €18.25

📦 Heavier Packages (>31 kg)
For orders heavier than 31 kg we will contact you personally to arrange shipping via courier. Note: higher shipping costs apply. We will inform you of the costs and options in advance.

🌍 Other Countries (Euro Zones I, II, III)
We also ship to countries within the following zones:

• Euro I: Austria, Denmark, France, Luxembourg

• Euro II: Spain, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Sweden

• Euro III: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can easily track your package.
We ship via GLS, our regular courier.

You can always view the shipping status via your customer account on Powersportcenter.nl.
